> JAG Justice Advisory Group (JAG) Shortly after the implementation of the Youth Criminal Justice Act (YCJA), the new Canadian legislation on youth crime, The Alliance for Children and Youth developed a position paper to support the prevention principle of the Act. The goal is to challenge all of us in the community to "pull 'kids on the edge' back from the edge."
