> CONNECT Project CONNECT Project Roles, relationships and responsibilities in collaborative work with and in neighbourhoods - this is the focus of Project CONNECT. By defining roles clearly and sharing explicitly articulated expectations and ways of working, neighbourhood groups, municipalities, health and social services as well as law enforcement can join together to build and maintain safe, cohesive communities.
